Such a beautiful place to stay. We love going up there with friends and family. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is lots of seating for large groups and the decor is so cute and unique. Beautiful views and plenty of outdoor activities to do.
When I finally confronted Spencer about the deposit and his lie that it was included this is what he said to "I'm sorry, what I meant there is that an additional $500 would not be charged to that total amount unless there was damages to be charged against the deposit." Mind you this is a month after my stay and he cleared that up for me. After he had lead me to believe I was going to get a $500 deposit back. Which is a lot if money to some. Maybe not Spencer though.
It got cold at night and we couldn't find any space heaters. The air hockey table was broken
I rented this place over Christmas, I would tell anyone who is going to this place to try to get your money back before Spencer and his wife swindle you out of it.
After the stay was over I asked him when I'd get a deposit and that I would leave him a good review. Because the place was nice. So ,He said in 7 to 10 business days. Which was a lie. Come to find out there was no deposit at all with airb&b which Spencer was happy to point out to me after I left him a great review and could not change it because airb&b is rediculous with customer service. But that is a review for airb&b.
Cabin has lots of space, easy location to access from the road . Some of the problems we ran into was the toilet did not work in the upstairs bath. The cold water did not work in the bath tub so could not use at all because the water was way too hot. Several lights builds were burnt out and too high to reach to change them.
Anyway in conclusion the place is nice but the host lied which lead me to book with him so he could get his hands on a couple hundred dollars pretty disgusting and dishonable.

Well it is because Spencer said it was included in my total. It was also my first time using airb&b and I took what he said to be our agreement.
Day one when we arrived the email that they had given us with the information to enter the house was very unclear as to what code to use to enter in the cabin. The biggest issue was the owners were unaccessible for the entire week that we stayed there after repeatedly trying to call them and email them.
Cozy cabin is amazingly situated and secluded from the trees. The view from the balcony is incredible! I couldn't believe how much wildlife was all around the cabin. We saw elk, turkey, hawks, a few elk, it was a wonderful stay!
