Not bad. I like the food more for nostalgia than I do for the quality. Slightly overpriced for what it is... decent milkshakes though
Order 2 cheeseburgers in a combo, well, I grab my cup for my drink, get over to the fountains and they ALREADY have my food delivered to me. I’m sorry but in 45 seconds you should not have 2 cheeseburgers ready. Bite into the first one, it’s cold, bite into the second and it’s like chewing on rubber. Needless to say nothing was done about it. Absolutely terrible. I didn’t expect high quality obviously but when i haven’t even filled up my drink and you already have my food and are standing behind me saying “where do you want it”. Well on the grill would be nice. Let me just say, even the manager was there and just cared less and was too focused on standing in the corner to even care. He’s too focused on watching his employees and could care less about anything else. Horrible experience. 3rd time I’ve been here and food has been completely undercooked. 3rd time wasn’t the charm and clearly not ever coming back.
Food is always cold, I wish they new how to turn up their ovens, on a cheeseburger the cheese is never melted and the inside is cold. Service is slow and it's not very clean.
Its a normal Artic Circle. The food is good. On a hot day the ice cream and shakes sure hit the spot.
This place is very expensive and has really went downhill over the years.
