How are you supposed to answer my question if I don't pull my wallet out to show you My Utah License which was what the question was about. Last time I checked wallets are not weapons.

With much emphasis on the SERVE part. Now you made me afraid of asking a peace officer any questions on fear of getting Shot by any of you. I came to you in a none threatening way, and gave you no reason to act the way you did towards me (besides the fact that I'm Hispanic AND A U.S. Citizen!!).

To the Female Sheriff that I stopped to just ask a question this morning outside in the parking lot (February 24th 2016@ 9:00 am)that was going to open I'm guessing the drivers license place. Do I need to remind you that you're there to "SERVE AND PROTECT"?
