Took a simple water pump to him 3 times. Ended up using a different shop(smiles) and got the job done right the first time. Couldn't believe the lack of knowledge and care I received.
On top of beating any competitor's price, they gave outstanding service. The owner showed up at my work, took my car to his shop, and delivered it back to me serviced and vacuumed with streak free windows. If you want above average service that's almost unheard of in this day and age, LOOK NO FURTHER. I will drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way for every oil change, because of my experience. First showed up thinking that one of my belts just went very loose and they were willing to fix it up and send me on my way free of charge. But come to find out the power steering pump fell and knocked my water pump loose I was stuck in preston. They fixed me up in a few hours and sent me on my way for a very reasonable price. In the end all I can really say is that if I experience any car problems this is the first place I'm going to in or around preston!
