Didn't put clips on with the new brake pads we had them put on our BMW and didn't tell us whether they didn't include any important parts with what we gave them or that they had failed to put clips on. A few weeks later and we hear rattling... now we've got to buy new brakes. Wonderful (that's sarcasm). Don't bring your car here for work if you can avoid it. We loved our buying experience when we bought our last car here.... but this takes a whole different cake.
